summer reading tutoring #7

On Tuesday, SJ had his weekly reading tutoring with Mrs. Banks.  I was chatting with Mrs. Banks when I dropped him off, so his session was a little shorter than normal.  

SJ said they read three more chapters from The Island: Survival book.  He is still enjoying the novel, so it is not a real chore for him to read it.  He said they took turns reading.  He answered comprehension questions about the story with Mrs. Banks.

They also had began a worksheet, but they hadn't completed it when I arrived.  Mrs. Banks said would continue with that worksheet at his next session.  She said he worked very well for her.  I am always glad to hear that.
